**Назначение**\
Основная лицензия на ПК Allora. Обеспечивает возможность подключать каналы взаимодействия, маршрутизировать трафик, совершать вызовы, распределять на агентов контакт-центра и ресурсы самообслуживания, регистрировать взаимодействия. Имеется функционал сбора статистических данных.\
Содержит в себе Центр Администрирования и возможность создать одного администратора.

**Необходимые дополнительные лицензии**\
Требуются лицензии PBX Lite или лицензии на интеграционные модули к голосовым и/или текстовым каналам. Требуются лицензии на агентские рабочие места.
