# Allora.Desk

### АРМ сотрудника контакт-центра.

**Назначение**\
Эта лицензия предоставляет возможность создать АРМ сотрудника контакт-центра. Количество лицензий Allora.Desk должно равняться количеству всех одновременно работающих с ПК Allora сотрудников: агентов, супервизоров, контроллеров, контент-менеджеров и т. д.\
Функционал АРМ дополняется автоматически при активации лицензий на интеграционные модули или функциональные модули и платформы.
